This book is one of the most philosophical works of the authors.
The action of the book takes place in a certain City, which is outside of time and space. The population of the City is about one million people, transferred here from different eras and different countries on a voluntary basis. All people who got into the City are involved in a mysterious long-term Experiment, about the beginning, essence and conditions of which there is no information.
